Steven Lesiak brings over 25 years of experience in finance and operations spanning several companies and roles with big pharma,development-stage biotech, and early-stage start-up companies. Steven iscurrently serving as the VP of Finance & Operations at Tenpoint Therapeutics Ltd. Prior to joining Tenpoint, Steven was VP of Finance & Administration at TARA Biosystems, Inc. until its acquisition by ValoHealth. Prior to TARA Biosystems, Steven was VP Finance & Operations for the Institute for Life Science Entrepreneurship (ILSE), an early-stage lifescience accelerator and research institute with programs in microbiology and microgenomic platform development. While working for ILSE, Steven was also Acting VP Finance for Prokaryotics, Inc., a start-up company founded by leaders from Merck’s Antibacterial Early Discovery Unit. Steven began his career at Johnson & Johnson, leading to finance and operations roles with pre-commercial development stage biotech companies; Agennix (Pre-clinical thru Phase III, Oncology) and Lux Biosciences (Phase I thru III, Ophthalmology).
Mr. Lesiak has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from MIT Sloan School of Management. He also holds aMA in I/O Psychology from Montclair State University. Steven obtained B.S.& B.A. degrees in Accounting & Psychology from Rutgers University.
